  1. Linking Workflow cards to posts in Scheduler / Synchronizace mezi Workflow a Schedulerem

    ZS Workflow používáme hlavně jako nástroj pro designéry, aby měli jasný přehled, na jakých postech mají pracovat, kdy a s jakou prioritou. Problém je, že když si designér otevře danou Wokrflow kartu, nedá se napojit na konkrétní post ve Scheduleru, který by měl designér vytvářet. Musíme to dělat tak, že do konkrétní karty vložíme link na post ve Scheduleru, designér se na link proklikne a Scheduler se mu otevře. ALE do nového okna, takže se pak musí designér do Workflow opět složitě vracet. Bylo by jednodušší mít synchronizaci mezi Workflow a Schedulerem a moct napojit na danou kartu konkrétní post. We mainly use the ZS workflow as a tool for designers to have a clear overview of which posts they need to work on, when, and with what priority. The problem is that when a designer opens a specific card in Workflow, they cannot link it directly to a specific post in the Scheduler that the designer should be creating. We have to do it by inserting a link to the post in the Scheduler into the Workflow card, the designer then clicks on the link, and the Scheduler opens. BUT it opens in a new window, so the designer has to return to the workflow in a difficult way. It would be much easier to have synchronization between the workflow and the Scheduler, allowing the designer to link a specific post directly to the Workflow card.

  2. Ability to add first comment to post

    It would be great to have ability to schedule also first comment under scheduled post. It great because, you can add hashtags to first comment - it has the same effect for promotion like in the direct post, but post is then much "cleaner" just with text (when hashtags are in first comment). It´s common function in another social media scheduler.

  3. Quick task by mohl mít možnost "opakovat"

    Pomocí quick task si rozepisujeme mezinárodní dny, narozeniny celebrit apod.. Určitě by nám hodně práce ušetřilo mít možnost zakliknout u této funkce "opakující se každý rok".

  9. Schedule on Pinterest

    It would be extremely helpful if we could schedule to Pinterest and its related boards :) It just eliminates one additional 'manual' step and keeps everything all in one place :)

  13. Filtrování analytiky podle TAGU

    Potřebovali bychom v analytice vytvořit filtrování podle TAGU, ne jen podle LABELU. Důvodem je, abychom uměli udělat například vyhodnocení klientské kampaně atp. Děkujeme!

  14. Individual publishing times in multiple social network post

    When creating content, I found it much easier to create content for all platforms at one place (scheduler) and then it would be great to choose posting time for each network separately. Workaround - duplicate post, delete other networks and change time for each social network...

  15. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.
