  2. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.

  4. Enable to set the starting day of the week individually for each workspace.

    Currently, ZoomSphere allows users to set the starting day of the week at a profile level, limited to Monday, Saturday, or Sunday. However, due to diverse client needs and reporting requirements, it would be highly beneficial to customize this setting for each workspace separately. This flexibility would allow agencies and teams to better adapt to regional preferences, client-specific reporting schedules, and operational workflows. By enabling any day to be selected as the starting point of the week per workspace, ZoomSphere could enhance user experience and improve workflow efficiency, making the platform even more adaptable to global business needs.

  5. Posts marked as published are not editable

    It would be great if I can edit posts, which are already marked as published - sometimes I decide not to post them and move them to another date or I need to edit prepared text, which is not possible.

  6. Don't lock "Errors" posts

    I can't edit posts in "Errors" status, even though I could edit them and repair in many cases, if it wasn't locked. Instead I must duplicate the post, but in the duplicated post I lose the whole discussion (client+internal). So finally I need to keep them both, which is messy.

  7. A role that would only allow spectating the calendar, without access to conversations.

    It would be really great to have a possibility or a role, that would allow users to spectate the calendar without access to conversations. There are some types of users that don't need to see the conversations (neither client ones or internal ones) and right now there is no possibility to hide it. (user always see the client section or user section)

  8. Statuses template

    In our company we have created a set of statuses for better collaboration with clients. It is quite time consuming to set it up at each new client and it would be nice to save it as a template and use at a new scheduler.

  10. Discussion with client - mention @all

    We use "discussion with client" in scheduler as an internal tool, where we discuss our ideas and confirm the draft before posting. We usually use it to sent the notifications to others, but sometimes, we need to sent notification to all of us (10 people), so we have to pick their names 10x @. Could there be alias for everyone in our workplace, like @all @team or @ourfirm?

  11. More than one master account

    If there could be a possibility to have more than one master account (the one that can add new members to Zoomsphere, connect accounts, etc.)

  12. Show profile activity

    It would be great to have an overview of the activity of individual user profiles in Master Account - especially when they were last active, comments written, posts made, what they approved, etc. Bylo by skvělé mít v Master Accountu přehled o aktivitě jednotlivých uživatelských profilů - především kdy byli naposledy aktivní, dále napsané komentáře, vytvořené příspěvky, co schválili apod.

  13. Giving access to new pages

    It would be great if there was the option to give access to new pages in bulk. Now you have to open each users one by one to give them access which is very much time consuming. It would be great if there was a chance to do it by selecting the users which need access in one screen.

  15. Group management of comments

    Hello, I have a suggestion, it would be very helpful to mark comments and messages as "closed" in the Community management tool. Especially when we have a contest and there are 700 comments on it that we don't need to respond to. Thank you
