    Bylo by super mít možnost automaticky publikovat příspěvky na Google business profil skrze plánovač, dost často děláme to, že vybíráme aktuality ze soc. sítí a postujeme pravidelně i na GMB profil. Např. pro klienty z gastra by tato funkce byla skvělá. It would be great to be able to automatically publish posts to a Google business profile through the scheduler, we quite like to select updates from the social media feeds and post regularly to the GMB profile. For example for gastronomy clients this feature would be great.

  4. An issue with the notification system

    I would like to report an issue with the notification system in the ZoomSphere web application. Whenever someone sends a message in the chat, all users who have the application open hear a notification sound. However, they do not receive any actual notification unless they are specifically mentioned in the message. This behavior is quite disruptive, as users hear the sound but have no way of knowing whether the message is relevant to them or not. It would be much more effective if the notification system provided a clear visual indication alongside the sound or if the sound played only for users who were mentioned or directly involved in the conversation. Could you please look into this issue and consider adjusting the notification settings to improve the user experience? Thank you for your time and support.

  5. LinkedIn tags need to be updated

    I find that tagging brands or users on LinkedIn isn't great on the scheduler. I have to manually go and mention/tag a brand/person after as post has been published which defeats the point of having a scheduler.

  13. Filtrování analytiky podle TAGU

    Potřebovali bychom v analytice vytvořit filtrování podle TAGU, ne jen podle LABELU. Důvodem je, abychom uměli udělat například vyhodnocení klientské kampaně atp. Děkujeme!

  14. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.

  15. Individual publishing times in multiple social network post

    When creating content, I found it much easier to create content for all platforms at one place (scheduler) and then it would be great to choose posting time for each network separately. Workaround - duplicate post, delete other networks and change time for each social network...
