  9. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.

  10. Individual publishing times in multiple social network post

    When creating content, I found it much easier to create content for all platforms at one place (scheduler) and then it would be great to choose posting time for each network separately. Workaround - duplicate post, delete other networks and change time for each social network...

  11. Ability to add first comment to post

    It would be great to have ability to schedule also first comment under scheduled post. It great because, you can add hashtags to first comment - it has the same effect for promotion like in the direct post, but post is then much "cleaner" just with text (when hashtags are in first comment). It´s common function in another social media scheduler.

  12. Direct link to published post

    I know that the published post version of "post detail view" has the "copy post ID" button, but it would be 2 steps easier if there'd also be a button with direct permalink to the post in case we use ZS while on calls with clients in order to show them the comments under the post or just to make sure that the post is really published (lately some admins see different posts than other admins). The metric/dimension is available in FB API, or at least in Supermetrics.

  14. Add a QA form to evaluate activity

    Our Team works with Facebook/Twitter messages. We’d like to add a Quality Assurance module to ZoomSphere to be able to evaluate our engineers’ activity right in the app: set some predefined criteria, set weights for the criteria, and add checkboxes whether the criteria were met or not.

  15. Enable to set the starting day of the week individually for each workspace.

    Currently, ZoomSphere allows users to set the starting day of the week at a profile level, limited to Monday, Saturday, or Sunday. However, due to diverse client needs and reporting requirements, it would be highly beneficial to customize this setting for each workspace separately. This flexibility would allow agencies and teams to better adapt to regional preferences, client-specific reporting schedules, and operational workflows. By enabling any day to be selected as the starting point of the week per workspace, ZoomSphere could enhance user experience and improve workflow efficiency, making the platform even more adaptable to global business needs.
