Add Zapier / Make Integration
We’re long-time users and really appreciate the platform for content scheduling, approval flows, and client collaboration. However, we’re currently exploring more advanced AI-driven workflows and noticed that Zoomsphere is falling behind in this area compared to other tools. Zapier & Make.com integration Allow triggers and actions for tasks like: • Creating a new draft post from a third-party tool • Moving a post between columns/statuses • Fetching approved content for scheduling These features would significantly reduce manual work and allow content teams to work faster and smarter — especially in collaboration with tools like Notion, Asana, or ChatGPT.

Connection between Scheduler and Workflow manager
It would be great, if we can add an idea/new post in Scheduler, where we plan the posts, and have and option directly generate new card with the same title in Workflow manager.

Ability to add first comment to post
It would be great to have ability to schedule also first comment under scheduled post. It great because, you can add hashtags to first comment - it has the same effect for promotion like in the direct post, but post is then much "cleaner" just with text (when hashtags are in first comment). It´s common function in another social media scheduler.

Currently, files must be downloaded one by one. We need feature to download entire folders or select multiple files at once.
We regularly use Zoomsphere to share campaign assets (banners, videos, etc.) with clients, especially since many corporations have closed systems that block tools like Google Drive. We’d like to suggest improvement: Bulk File Download Currently, files must be downloaded one by one. A feature to download entire folders or select multiple files at once (e.g. as a ZIP) would save significant time, especially for PPC specialists working with full banner sets.

TikTok Carousel in Zoomsphere Scheduler
It is possible to create carousels on TikTok, but this option is not available in Zoomsphere, so if we want to approve this type of content with our client, we need to upload it into Zoomsphere as Instagram carousel, what is not very practical. Please, re-consider this option. It will be helpful.

Allow multiple labels on a single post
It would be great if it was possible to add more than one label to a single post. This would improve organization and clarity, especially when campaigns have sub-campaigns. Currently, tags are not visible in the mini post preview in calendar, so multiple labels would make it much easier to manage content. Example: label 1 = Early Birds Budget label 2 = Autumn Golden Product Collection And I would see it in mini preview of post in calendar, s I do no have to click on it to find out (in commnets or tag).

Possiblity to move an already created app to a new Workspace
There are some settings done on the level of Workspace - custom tags for example. I would like to set some of these for clients that we have been working on for a while. But I have a lot of them in one Workspace. Usecase: I want to create and use custom tags for conent of one particluar client, but I don't want others the have these tages visible/available. For that I need to have the scheduler in separate Workspace, but I can not move the existing scheduler to a new workspace, I would have to create a new one and set everything from scratch. The possibility of being able to move scheduler or other apps to a new workspace would be useful to me. Thanks

However, I’ve noticed that TikTok is not yet supported for comment and interaction management within the tool. Given TikTok’s growing prominence as a key platform for engagement, integrating it into the Community Management feature would be a significant enhancement for many users like myself. This addition would enable us to streamline workflows across all major social platforms and fully leverage ZoomSphere for comprehensive communication management. Archive Labels so they stay available for historical reporting but no longer appear when creating or editing new posts.
Is it possible to archive or “deactivate” Labels in a way that they remain preserved for historical reporting purposes, but no longer appear in the label selection when creating or editing a new post? Currently, when selecting a label at the post level, all existing labels are displayed — including older ones that we need to keep for last year’s reporting. Due to the growing number of campaigns and the constant need to create new labels, the list has become extremely cluttered and difficult to navigate. In the long term, this setup is not sustainable. Our ideal solution would be: the ability to archive labels (so they remain available in historical data and reports), while hiding them from the active label selection when creating or editing new posts, and having only currently used and relevant labels visible in the post preview.
