  1. Custom holidays/events in the scheduler

    Have the option to add your own events in the scheduler (at a set frequency), relevant to the industry, brand, etc. For example, the anniversary of the company's founding, important events that we regularly participate in.

    It would be extremely helpful if we could schedule to Pinterest and its related boards :) It just eliminates one additional 'manual' step and keeps everything all in one place :)

  3. Community management notifications

    Add a rule in community management (IF > message type > awaiting approval > THEN > Send email) that will allow members with higher authorisation to receive notification if a reply is waiting for approval. Hodilo by se přidet pravidlo do community managementu (IF > typ zprávy > čeká na schválení > THEN > odeslat e-mail), které umožní členům s vyšším oprávněním obdržet upozornění, že odpověď od člena s nižším oprávněním čeká na schválení.

  4. Possibility to set and filter Favorite Workspaces

    Our agency currently has 30+ active clients, of which each copywriter / artist typically works for 5-10. However, to maintain ability to help colleagues when needed (e.g., vacations), everybody retains access to all projects / clients within the agency. It would be very helpful to have the ability to set "Favorite" projects within the Workspace menu, and then be able to switch between seeing "All" and "Favorite only". This would greatly improve everyday workflow and navigation for people working in larger agencies, who do most of their work for a specific set of clients, not within all available workspaces.

  10. Filtrování analytiky podle TAGU

    Potřebovali bychom v analytice vytvořit filtrování podle TAGU, ne jen podle LABELU. Důvodem je, abychom uměli udělat například vyhodnocení klientské kampaně atp. Děkujeme!

  11. Queue for posts without date

    I would appreciate if posts could be queued without having to be assigned to a specific day. I would move a post to a specific day later.

  12. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.

  13. Ability to add first comment to post

    It would be great to have ability to schedule also first comment under scheduled post. It great because, you can add hashtags to first comment - it has the same effect for promotion like in the direct post, but post is then much "cleaner" just with text (when hashtags are in first comment). It´s common function in another social media scheduler.

  14. Link menu for Instagram bio

    We would appreciate if it would be possible to create and manage a simple page with external links in ZoomSphere and this page we would integrate into our profile bio on Instagram and TikTok. Ideally, there would be a direct relation with Scheduler to sync a scheduled post with the release of a new link in the bio link menu.

  15. Individual publishing times in multiple social network post

    When creating content, I found it much easier to create content for all platforms at one place (scheduler) and then it would be great to choose posting time for each network separately. Workaround - duplicate post, delete other networks and change time for each social network...
