  1. Enable to set the starting day of the week individually for each workspace.

    Currently, ZoomSphere allows users to set the starting day of the week at a profile level, limited to Monday, Saturday, or Sunday. However, due to diverse client needs and reporting requirements, it would be highly beneficial to customize this setting for each workspace separately. This flexibility would allow agencies and teams to better adapt to regional preferences, client-specific reporting schedules, and operational workflows. By enabling any day to be selected as the starting point of the week per workspace, ZoomSphere could enhance user experience and improve workflow efficiency, making the platform even more adaptable to global business needs.

  5. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.

  12. Show profile activity

    It would be great to have an overview of the activity of individual user profiles in Master Account - especially when they were last active, comments written, posts made, what they approved, etc. Bylo by skvělé mít v Master Accountu přehled o aktivitě jednotlivých uživatelských profilů - především kdy byli naposledy aktivní, dále napsané komentáře, vytvořené příspěvky, co schválili apod.

  13. CHECKLIST FOR POSTS

    It would be nice to have a check-list when creating posts, where content managers can upload the rules that need to be checked before publishing a post (e.g. does the tonality match the brand, are the technical requirements met, are the video subtitles not missing, etc.). This would make the job of junior content managers easier and faster.

  14. Giving access to new pages

    It would be great if there was the option to give access to new pages in bulk. Now you have to open each users one by one to give them access which is very much time consuming. It would be great if there was a chance to do it by selecting the users which need access in one screen.

  15. Enable archiving of columns in Workflow

    In the Workflow interface, I often create unique columns for specific projects. Once a project concludes, I can mark the cards within these columns as 'completed', but the columns themselves remain in the 'incomplete' section, appearing empty. My only current option is to delete the column, which also removes all associated archived/completed cards—a solution that doesn't meet my needs. I propose the ability to archive entire columns, allowing them to be marked as 'completed'. This feature would help maintain a cleaner workflow and preserve the integrity of completed projects. Thank you for considering this enhancement.
