  1. Assigning an existing client's email to multiple projects across different agencies

    Problem: It is not possible to be registered under one email in two ZoomSphere teams. As an agency, I encounter a recurring problem - large clients are often already assigned to a ZoomSphere team of a previous agency, the current agency (creative, media, digital.... etc), or their own social media team, and I am unable to assign them to my team. Therefore, they are often forced to use a different email or to unsubscribe from the existing team. I suggest implementing a functionality that would allow clients to be assigned to multiple teams simultaneously.

  2. Automatic publishing of PDF files on LinkedIn

    I would love to add a pdf file in zoomsphere for my LinkedIn posts, which I have to do manualy now.

  3. Mandatory two-factor authentication setup during initial account setup

    Would it be possible to add an option for the administrator to require mandatory two-factor authentication when creating a new user account? From a security standpoint, this would be very useful for us. Thank you for considering.

    Please add the ability to copy text from already published posts directly on mobile devices, without needing to edit them. Currently, this feature is not available on mobile.

  6. Please add label selection, quick search by typing, or archive unused labels while keeping them for reporting

    We would kindly request the implementation of features such as the ability to select which labels should be visible in the preview when creating a post, or at least the option to search through the label list – for example, by typing the first letter and instantly getting relevant suggestions. This would make it much easier to navigate through dozens of labels and also enable their efficient use in reporting later on. Alternatively, if this is not feasible, an archive function for unused labels could be a solution – meaning they wouldn’t appear in the post creation preview but would still be accessible in the analytics/reporting section for historical data purposes.

    It would be extremely helpful if we could schedule to Pinterest and its related boards :) It just eliminates one additional 'manual' step and keeps everything all in one place :)

  13. Queue for posts without date

    I would appreciate if posts could be queued without having to be assigned to a specific day. I would move a post to a specific day later.

  14. Filtrování analytiky podle TAGU

    Potřebovali bychom v analytice vytvořit filtrování podle TAGU, ne jen podle LABELU. Důvodem je, abychom uměli udělat například vyhodnocení klientské kampaně atp. Děkujeme!

  15. Provide ZS API

    Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.
