We regularly use Zoomsphere to share campaign assets (banners, videos, etc.) with clients, especially since many corporations have closed systems that block tools like Google Drive. We’d like to suggest improvement: Bulk File Download Currently, files must be downloaded one by one. A feature to download entire folders or select multiple files at once (e.g. as a ZIP) would save significant time, especially for PPC specialists working with full banner sets.

It is possible to create carousels on TikTok, but this option is not available in Zoomsphere, so if we want to approve this type of content with our client, we need to upload it into Zoomsphere as Instagram carousel, what is not very practical. Please, re-consider this option. It will be helpful.

We would really love to be able to add photo carousels on TikTok. Right now, we can only upload videos. Thank you! 🙏

It would be super useful and effective if you could create, schedule and track UTM links through ZoomSphere instead of using other solutions such as Linktree. Currently, it is a huge help to have a scheduler tool like ZoomSphere, but we still have to manually check posts and after they are published, we need to manually set up the link in bio, which is not very effective.

We should have the ability to schedule static carousel posts across all platforms, including TikTok. Right now we can only schedule short-form videos on TikTok, it would be nice to include carousels and longer-form videos.

It would be really helpful to manage also Instagram DM's in the Community Management app. 🙏

It would be extremely helpful if we could schedule to Pinterest and its related boards :) It just eliminates one additional 'manual' step and keeps everything all in one place :)

I would appreciate if posts could be queued without having to be assigned to a specific day. I would move a post to a specific day later.

Would be great to have ZoomSphere API: we’d like to export some statistics from Zoomsphere to other digital sources like Grafana, etc. Why? Currently to get an update on the stats for our Social Media team we have to manually trigger the report and the only available format is PDF.

It would be great to have ability to schedule also first comment under scheduled post. It great because, you can add hashtags to first comment - it has the same effect for promotion like in the direct post, but post is then much "cleaner" just with text (when hashtags are in first comment). It´s common function in another social media scheduler.
