  1. Link menu for Instagram bio

    We would appreciate if it would be possible to create and manage a simple page with external links in ZoomSphere and this page we would integrate into our profile bio on Instagram and TikTok. Ideally, there would be a direct relation with Scheduler to sync a scheduled post with the release of a new link in the bio link menu.

    We’re long-time users and really appreciate the platform for content scheduling, approval flows, and client collaboration. However, we’re currently exploring more advanced AI-driven workflows and noticed that Zoomsphere is falling behind in this area compared to other tools. Zapier & Make.com integration Allow triggers and actions for tasks like: • Creating a new draft post from a third-party tool • Moving a post between columns/statuses • Fetching approved content for scheduling These features would significantly reduce manual work and allow content teams to work faster and smarter — especially in collaboration with tools like Notion, Asana, or ChatGPT.

    It would be extremely helpful if we could schedule to Pinterest and its related boards :) It just eliminates one additional 'manual' step and keeps everything all in one place :)

  7. Ability to add first comment to post

    It would be great to have ability to schedule also first comment under scheduled post. It great because, you can add hashtags to first comment - it has the same effect for promotion like in the direct post, but post is then much "cleaner" just with text (when hashtags are in first comment). It´s common function in another social media scheduler.

    Option to schedule a report from Report Builder with PDF output or HTML e-mail (similar as in Google Universal Analytics). Reason: Fastest way how to periodically report anything without need to go for PDF export feature in Report builder.

    In our company we have created a set of statuses for better collaboration with clients. It is quite time consuming to set it up at each new client and it would be nice to save it as a template and use at a new scheduler.

    Hello. We have a table where leads from Facebook are imported. We would like to add a column to the table where we can fill in notes. That means an empty column with the possibility to enter text. Thank you.

    Dobrý den. Máme tabulku, kam se importují leady z FB. Rádi bychom, aby se do tabulky dal přidat sloupec, ve kterém si budeme moci vyplňovat poznámky. Tzn. prázdný sloupec s možností vepsání textu. Děkuji.

  14. Add checklist function to Zoomshpere Workflow Cards

    We would love to have the option to add to do lists and checklists to Workflow cards outside of the description section. Now it is only possible to add a checklist to the description, but if the description is too long the checklist is hard to find. Trello has this function and it is most useful for always having the most important information available.
